Process
Creating Evaluation Forms (Student Side)
The process is simple. Students add a new evaluator to LEO. They can view the status (i.e., when the form was created and received) of current letters and print the forms as needed. The evaluation forms are in PDF format, and the fields are automatically filled in for the user.
Mailing Letters (Student Side)
This is a breeze! Students select schools from a drop-down box or manually enter them. LEO currently has hundreds of addresses to choose from. Students then select which letters they want to send. Depending upon the school's particular process, students may have to pay for their mailings. If so, LEO can accept credit cards through an outside vendor, cash, or check. After the mailings are paid for, students can view the status by using the provided tracking number.
Additional Options
Electronic letters: LEO can notify schools who wish to receive electronic delivery or provide PDFs for upload into a separate system.
Administrative Side
Staff are able to view pending accounts and mailings, import scanned letters, print and ship mailings, manage a user's account, and manage LEO. Managing LEO includes: adding test scores, viewing automatically-created reports, changing addresses that students use for mailings, adding important messages for users to read, editing the FAQs section, changing passwords, changing charges, and purging folders.
